Very nice post, you are very right...being a good time manager means owning your life, because time is so important; next to the Pareto principle i think it's good to put every night on paper all the thing we have to do for the next day...this way we could allow the subconscious to come up with the best solutions for the next day and it will be much easier to realise all those things with a little help and also to discipline ourself not to delay things anymore, be very active people...

My family situation growing up was extremely stressful and painful. Going through high school was no better, as I was insecure and had a few friendships which were nothing but stress...

"Experiences aren't realization in themselves; but when we remain free of charge of attachment to them, they turn out to be what they really are—that is, components for realization."

Great post. In my humble opinion the point of time management as an exercise in self discipline is very accurate. It has got a lot to do with "pulling yourself up by the hair". But that is also a matter of practice. Once you gain self-discipline things will begin to flow for you.

There are two things that could be done right away. The first option is the most obvious, simply avoid the things you suspect of causing trouble. The second option is better if you are unsure of what is causing your reactions.
