Man it sure has been a long time since I have been able to make a post!
I have been so busy with everything! Life is an amazing thing. You only get to go through it once, and you sure as hell better do everything that you can to make it enjoyable. That is what I have been trying to do.
In addition to having a beautiful baby girl (Chloe Nicole Jensen), my wife and I have been working on a few other things. Being that my wife is on maternity leave right now, she has taken the role of wedding coordinator for her sisters upcoming wedding. I have never seen her as happy as she is while doing all of this work for the upcoming wedding. We have taken this passion and we are creating a new business for her. In addition to this, I have been working with a god friend of mine on a website that is more for fun (Bash Your Co-Worker). As you can see, with this site, I am actually taking a step away from in your face internet marketing, and taking what I have learned to do what I enjoy (build, maintain, and market websites). The good news is that once this site is getting a certain amount of daily traffic, I can start selling ad space on this site. Talk about easy money! People will pay you on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis to place their ads on your busy site!
Anyway, I have decided to start focusing more time back to this blog since I have finally got these other sites up and running, and now I just have to maintain!
Do what you love! Talk about what you are passionate about! It pisses me off when people say that they can not pick a niche to try to make money. You can make money in ANY market you can think of. If you enjoy something, start writing about it. Talk about it, make videos about it, write articles about it. If you enjoy something, chances are you will have a lot of other people online that are interested in what you have to say. Get readers, get followers, get daily traffic, and sell ad space! It is really pretty easy.
It is going to take time to get a following and get that daily traffic, but if you are writing or blogging about something that you are passionate about, it should be pretty easy to keep it up.
Anyone see that movie Julie and Julia? Stories like that happen every day. Yeah, it was not easy for he at first, but she ended up doing so well that they made a movie about her (think that gig paid very well???).

First of all, congrats on your baby daughter. Giving life is truly amazing. I like your niche regarding the coworker website. I just hope that you will not be held responsible if someone writes something that hurts another person and it is posted on your site. What are the legalities involving such a site? Not 100% on the legalities, but we do say that anything that is posted is not our saying. We also take out any real company names. Just about everyone that posts uses a fake name anyway. It is all good fun. Nothing gets posted without my approval, and I edit most submissions to make them more entertaining.

The co-worker site is a decent idea, but the site needs some more work.
If your are passionate for one thing it will bring u money yourself . dedication is must needed dear.
But who has the time and effort to go through all the sites, find the best ones and submit links? We cannot spend all our time for researching keywords only.

Work at your desk job and save up money to pursue your dream. Perhaps you should take some acting classes part time as well. Do some local theater and see if that is truly what you want to do. Life is short, always pursue your dreams. However, you still need to put food in your belly and money in your pocket to survive.

I agree is if you got the passion, it will bring you money. But what is the passion dies and you know that you cannot go without the money. Then it is all about money without passion, it is kind of sickening.
You do not get to that level with having a high level of passion for the game, your talent will only take you as far as your passion allows you to go, that is one of the main reasons why I flamed out at AAA..

Congratulations for your little girl, your family and the this post showing that there are still people that think not only about the money when they do something…and to be honest, I think you’re right – you can get money out from any niche and if you love what you do and persist in doing it you can have a nice success.
Too many people are caught up in writing about their “passion” that they forget to make money writing to pay the bills.
