Good Evening Everyone!
I know that it has been a while, but I have been so busy!
My wife is just over a month away from giving birth to our first baby! I was recently promoted, so I am working a little bit more in my real job. I have been building, developing, and marketing about 15 affiliate websites (which brings me to the reason of this post).
I have decided to focus all of my efforts on about 5 sites that I have a lot of interest in, and I have decided to put the rest of them (good, but no interest) up for sale. I thought about using flippa.com, but I thought that I would start here. I will be taking bids through responses. All of the sites have a starting bid of $50, and I have a reserve that I will not go below. If you are interested in any of these sites, please reply to the post with a bid, or you can send me a private email at chris@askchrisjensen.com.
I have so many people that are here on a daily basis that I would like to offer these sites to before I try to sell them on Flippa. All of the sites listed were built using Wordpress with the custom and premium Thesis theme. They all have different forms of monetization ranging from CPA to CJ affiliate program to Ebay Partnet Network to Google Adsense to Clickbank products to Amazon products.
Some of them have opt ins with follow up messages. Some of them are getting traffic (even though I have not done anything except basic SEO and some social bookmarking).
Here is the list. If you have any questions about any of them, please let me know. I will be more than happy to get the sites over to your hosting company. I will only be accepting Paypal. If you do not know if you can get accepted into the programs that are being promoted, please do not try to buy until you get accepted (I have ads from Maxbounty’s CPA program and Ebay Partner Network). There is one site that was built for the sole purpose of Wealthy Affiliate. You cannot promote Wealthy Affiliate if you are not a member, so if you are not a member, please do not try to get mrwealthyaffiliate dot com.

It such a nice way of making money and drive the traffic upon the site. The list have some valuable sites related with most demanded subject.
Nothing’s free in life. There are some low-cost companies though. Go on yahoo and type in “directory submission” or add the word “automatic” to it and you’ll get a lot of companies. Some of them will submit to multiple directories for as little as $30.

There’s really no advice needed; just purchase the hosting, set up your domains, create an FTP account for each domain and use Dreamweaver’’s built-in FTP client to upload.

Hostmonster gives you a free domain name with your account and lets you host as many more domain names as you could possibly want on the same account for no extra charge (you still have to pay for the extra domain names themselves, but nothing extra to put them on the account).
I have already purchased the domain names and will be using either FrontPage or Dreamweaver to create the sites … how do I go about uploading the sites and can anyone offer any advice on multi-domain hosting?

I have a few personal websites and i’ m starting to build a collection of sites i’ m doing for other people. Rather than me forking out for individual hosting and domains etc, could I host them all through a single account and keep creating new sites/domains under the one account?

I have a few domains and I want to set up a separate website for each domain- most web hosting packages only allow one website per package. I think host Gator might be an option – has anyone done this, or is it possible?

You can use GoDaddy’s Web hosting plans to host unlimited domains. I would purchase the Deluxe hosting but Economy should also prove fine.
I have used http://jooster.com for hosting my site for the last 2 years. Yes I have had a couple of outages but 98% of the time it works well for me.

It’s not a website, but try craigslist.org. Make sure you list your posting in the correct geographic location. Also, geocities.com allows construction of simple websites for free.
Ha! There are none. I used to work in real estate and I can tell you that just about every homes for sale web site is designed to grab your information so that it can be sold to a real estate agent.
I agree, you DO need to make a good website, but you still have competition to stay in high rankings. For this, you need on-site and off-site search optimization. And now, you’ll need to abide by a new set of rules to rank well with Google.

Managing multiple sites is difficult but selling them are good strategy. Oh I forgot best wishes for your baby.
