One of the best methods is simply to buy a domain which just got deleted and then find some old content through WayBackMachine. Add it and sell the site. By doing so you will get content, PageRank and backlinks raising the value of your site.

I’m here to say that regardless of what other websites have to say about this, blogging is not dead. Most of the articles point to Twitter or Facebook as the new craze. These sites definitely add to the social experience of the web, and add value to social media. Blogging may be on the decline as web usage changes over time, but blogging is here to stay.

Domain flipping is where you just purchase domains that contain popular terms or are keyword rich for the sole purpose of parking or holding on to just to sell for a higher price than what you paid. Website flipping is a lot more intense. You will purchase a domain and build a fully functional site. There are many ways to make it appealing to buyers like monetizing it with affiliate offers, creating a product to sell with this site, or building membership sites (there are a lot more but these are just some quick ideas). Then you can either sell it right away or you can hold on to it until it is making money (maturing).
There are full books and training programs built explaining how to flip websites, but this is just a brief overview. There are also different stages of flipping sites (like actually buying a site, making it more profitable, and selling it), but we will get into that later!

Yes, you absolutely can still make money flipping websites. I did it for a long time until I got to a point where I had several successful websites so that I did not need to do it anymore.
If you can show a substantial increase in earnings over a period of time, you will be able to resell the site for considerably more than you biught it. I used to run multiple sites at a time with this method. Not only are you collecting the money while the site is building income you also make the money when you sell it off, so it can be pretty lucrative, if you play your cards right.

Adsense is a good way. if you do keyword research you can earn more per click. when someone clicks on a google ad thats on your site, you earn money. some ads only pay a little while others can earn well over $5 a click. Traffic is key, with out it you will not succeed.
Hi! I doubt if anyone is going to hand you a great idea on a plate so you will just have to do some work by yourself – here are a few pointers.
In conjunction to this it is a good idea to do a business plan as it will show you how much money you will need to get off the ground, how much it will cost to run it, how much income you should make ( This is called a cash flow projection and should cover a 3 year period ).
You probably won’t beable to get any good ones right away. I do believe google has this deal though were they put ads on your site and pay you (usually a couple cents) for each person that clicks on the ad. Other than that it’s almost always based on popularity. The more popular you’r site is, the more others will be willing to pay to advertise on your site.

My advice would be to search webmaster forums like SitePoint and DigitalPoint for low income producing websites that are available for sale and buy them. Once you have the site lets say it is making $100 a month, you begin to work on the seo for the site, building backlinks and traffic, maybe change out the advertising methods, or add an affiliate program. Once all of this done, get it to a point where it is making more money than it was when you bought it, hold it for a few months and sell it off.
